MARC B. KAPLIN
is a co-founder and principal of Kaplin|Stewart and chairs the Land Use, Zoning & Development Department. In addition to his general real estate practice, Mr. Kaplin is nationally recognized for his expertise in land use and development, zoning and planning, environmental permitting, land use litigation and business law. With more than 25 years of real estate law experience, he concentrates in homebuilding and the ownership and development of shopping centers, offices, apartment buildings and retail stores. Mr. Kaplin is a member of the Legal Action Committee of the National Association of Homebuilders, the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties, the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Associations. He has presented a real estate course for the Philadelphia Board of Realtors on ""Current Issues in Zoning and Land Development."
