This project represents the remaining unbuilt condominiums in the Master Planned Community that was originally developed in the mid 2000’s by D.R. Horton. The Plaza Grande consists of 20 buildings of 608 luxury homes. Currently, the development consists of 197 homes in seven buildings and a clubhouse that is complete. This project is the last phase of the original 330-acre master plan of the former Garden State Race Track. The remaining 13 buildings at The Plaza Grande will be 30-32 apartments per building. The mix will consist of 24, two- bedroom homes averaging 1,200 square feet, and six, one-bedroom homes averaging 800 square feet. Each building will have 24 dedicated parking garages.
