Southside Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Oneonta, NY.  Opened in 1983, and was purchased by Tristate Ventures/Route 23 Associates in December 2007 as a redevelopment opportunity. 
The mall was re-tenanted and expanded to include TJ Maxx, Dick's Sporting Goods, Petco, Panera Bread, Five Guys, Shoe Show, Harbor Freight and coming soon Michaels. The property is currently managed by
TSV Management.
